LADY L EVENTS proudly services the Mid-South area for all private and public events, including baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, community outreach, and more!

 

Our team strives to reduce the stress and provide impeccable customer service for ALL occasions, whether large or small. Let us “Set the Tone” for your next event while you relax and enjoy your guests.

Full-Service Event Planning

Feel free to leave everything in our hands! This service includes: 

  • Complete step-by-step planning guide (includes venue & vendor bookings, personalized checklist, etc)

  • Full staff 

  • Coordinating services (up to 5 hrs)

  • Decorating services (2 hr min.)

Event Coordinator

Timing is everything! Our staff will ensure the details of your special occasion are executed to perfection! This service includes: 

  • Conduct day-of operations of event for up to 5 hours (includes vendor management, organization, venue staff assignments, etc.)

  • Guest care

Event Decorating

Let your vision come to light! This service includes: 

  • Custom décor for ANY theme or occasion

  • Basic, casual, & formal table setting options

  • In-house décor rentals (sashes, runners, charger plates, chair covers, etc.) 

  • Minimum of 2 hours prior to event time is required for set-up

  • Clean-Up fee is an additional $200.00 & due the day of your event (includes removing trash from tables, emptying trash cans, cleaning designated areas, etc.)

OUR
POLICIES

  • All clients must complete an event questionnaire prior to consultation in order to provide spectacular service.

  • A $175.00 deposit is required to secure your date and will be deducted from your final total. 

  • Event balance is due 48 hours prior to event. 

  • Refunds for events cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled date will return to your original method of payment.
